If You See Something, Say Something
I finished emceeing a gig in Nashville and headed straight for the airport. A massive storm, causing flash flood conditions, moved in turning the sky apocalyptically gray, leaving soft motorists pulled over with blinking hazards, as the brave blindly trucked on. I pulled up to the terminal and traded driving duties with a coworker who […]
Are Facts Really Real?
Whether you voted for Donald Trump or not, he’s now the president of all… blah blah you know the rest. The day after the inauguration, millions of women and a peppering of men took to the streets in a global display for women’s rights and presidential discontent. Surviving In One Peace

We have an establishment candidate on the democratic side who led us through a “coronation” of sorts. And we have a reality star, drawing endless parallels […]
Facebook Says You Don’t Have Your Sh*t Together!

In the age of social media, people have become their own public relations firm. Every day people fire out posts, or modern day press releases, letting everyone know that they’re killing the […]
Driving In the Snow: Controlling Your Habits

After the first of the year, I usually slow down my drinking or stop altogether. It’s fresh off the […]

Phife Dawg (Malik Taylor) of A Tribe Called Quest passed away this week. It is a huge loss for the hip hop culture and music in general. Tribe was my favorite. Q-Tip and Phife were my ultimate dream team. The two emcees complemented each other perfectly, yet I was always proud of Phife when he […]
The State of the Hair and Teeth
With the world breaking apart at the seams, in addition to the over saturation of social media and blogs, I figured there is no better time to release my first blog on this website. First of all, thank you for checking out the site. My goal is to make this a hub for everything in […]
